PRINTING PROCESS
At Champion Workwear we do all of our printing in-house to ensure the quality of everything we produce.
We operate 3 print machines and an industrial heat press.
The Roland printer & cutter allows us to produce the highest quality prints on to a variety of media up to 750mm wide.
The Oki white toner printer enables us to print intricate designs up to A3 and press them directly onto garments. All of our machines allow us to print using various methods to an exceptional standard.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To create your printed garments, we first take your design and put it into our software to make it suitable for the specific type of print.
Once printed, it is prepared and then pressed onto your chosen garments to create a professional and amazing finish.
