Our Vision

We hold our environmental responsibility to the same high standard as our commitment to our customers. Through workwear recycling, tree planting, and other sustainable initiatives, we’re taking meaningful steps to protect our planet.

What ESG means to us?

Caring for our people

We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone is treated fairly and given opportunities to grow. We do this whilst prioritising employee wellbeing, health and safety, and ethical labour practices across our supply chain. This ensures our people feel supported, empowered, and valued- all helping to create a positive culture where individuals can take pride in their work and contribute to long-term shared success.

Supporting local community

We believe in giving back to the communities that support us and recognise the role we play beyond our day-to-day operations. We actively partner with and donate to local charities and community organisations, helping to fund initiatives that make a real difference. Through charitable contributions, local engagement, and support for workforce development, we aim to strengthen the communities where we operate and create lasting social impact beyond our products.

Protecting the planet

We are actively working to reduce our environmental impact by focusing on Scope 1 and 2 across our operations. In partnership with Planet Mark, we are measuring, managing, and reducing our direct and energy-related carbon emissions as part of our journey toward becoming a carbon-neutral business. By improving energy efficiency, increasing transparency, and setting clear reduction goals, we are taking meaningful steps to protect the planet and support a sustainable future.

Committed to compliance

Integrity and accountability guide how we do business. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and we continuously review our policies to ensure strong governance and ethical practices. As a proud BSIF member, we align with recognized industry standards and best practices, working closely with our partners and suppliers to promote transparency, responsible sourcing, and ongoing compliance across our operations.

Every December we design a custom Christmas Jumper for 'Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day'. Customers have the opportunity to add their logo to the design and purchase for the staff. All money raised then goes to save the children- in the last 3 years we have donated over £2000.

In 2025, we wanted to do more with our local community. We researched into different local charities and  looked into different ways we could support them. 'Bemorefab' is a Corby based children's cancer charity set up to support children, families and schools that are affected by cancer. Last year we donated branded uniform for 50 of their volunteers so they could continue doing great work whilst advertising the charity- this included everything from t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, gilets, coats & more.

With our staff members being the heart of Champion, we wanted to raise money for a charity chosen by them. Several members of the team have been effected by Alzheimer's and we therefore decided to raise money for this worthy cause. In total we raised over £1000- with staff members taking part in a sky dive and running a half marathon.

As part of our customer focused service at Champion, we offer customers access to free of charge samples to see and try on in person. Often customers order more than one size or several colours and therefore do not require all that was ordered. Instead of returning these goods, every season we drop a full range of brand new clothing to 'Cransley Hospice' to be sold in their charity shop. Since opening the showroom in 2021, we have delivered of £5000 of garments.
